Poem of the Day
Yellow Striped Pajamas
By Shamsher Bahadur Singh
walking silently on his paws, he emerges from the semidarkness and disappears into it.
walking silently on his paws, he emerges from the semidarkness and disappears into it.
Smiling through my own memories of painful excitement
your wide eyes stare
and narrow like a lost forest of childhood stolen from
He is in the mountains and in the streams, fields
Call upon the Lord Ganesha and he
will appear
awaiting arrest
sky-high nonchalance
walk on by (off orange girder)
The Joyful Feelings met you as
Yesterday emerged from the tiny windows
outside Tiffany’s My rough
The senses of one’s
life begin
to fade. Rather,
Whatever interest
there was in
difference’s gone.
United at first
ham and cheese fall apart and slip
through my trembling hands
I am in a temple or maybe it’s a sweltering
summer camp lodge type, of a room.
Have too many cats...
